Bokchoy and mushrooms

side dish for about 10 persons

Ingredients
Bokchoy, 1 pack, clean
10 big mushrooms (dried)
Garlic
Ginger
Salt
Green onions
Sesame oil

Preparations
  • Soak/cook 10 big mushrooms till they are soft and cut them
  • Fry the mushrooms, garlic, ginger till it’s tender
  • Add the bokchoy, fry and mix
  • Add some sesame oil and salt
