Gan guo cai hua

belly pork with vegetables: broccoli, carrots and cauliflower)

Ingredients
  • 3 bags of frozen vegetables broccoli, carrots and cauliflower each 1000 gram, defrost and dip them dry!
  • About 1 ½ pound of belly pork (speklapje)
  • Salt
  • Garlic in small pieces
  • Ginger in small pieces
  • Soy sauce
  • Toban djan sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • oil

Preparation
  • Cut the belly pork in small pieces
  • Fry in oil
  • Add the ginger and garlic
  • Add the defrosted vegetables to the belly pork and fry till they are done. Add soy sauce and salt.
  • Add two tablespoons of Toban Djan or make it as spicy as you can
  • Add at the end some sesame oil
