You saw the three icons in top right of your screen? The left one is the chat function. The right one is your personal profile and login.

The chat function only works if you click on the top right icon:

1. Register/signup there with you personal email to get a personal profile.
2. When registered login/sign-in with your chosen password.

Now start your messaging/chat. You'll see two tabs in Messaging: Conversations and Discover. First, accept the invitation to join a group. If you didn't find an invitation, go to Discover and click on New students and bbq or on CSMN Seekers on Friday evenings.
