These people of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have a doctrine based on their own Bible translation AND the book of their founder Joseph Smith. They give equal authority to both books. They also changed the basic doctrine of the trinity (the unity of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit). That is misleading.
