Potato with belly pork

Ingredients
1 kg belly pork cut in small chunks
2 kg potatoes, peeled in chunks
Green onions
Soy sauce, light and dark
Water and stock
Oil
Ginger
2 tablespoons of sugar
Red or green bell pepper

Preparations
  • Fry pork in oil and ginger
  • Add the potatoes
  • Add soy sauce light and dark (for color)
  • Add hot water and stock
  • At the last moment green onions and bell pepper, both for the color
