  • Pork, 300 g in very tiny stripes
  • Green pepper, 50 g (for color)
  • Mo'er, 80 g, in tiny stripes
  • Doban djan - Sichuan bean sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Salt

Preparations
  • Fry pork in oil
  • Add 1 table spoon Doban Djan
  • Add mo'er, carrots
  • Fry together
