Zhu rou qin cai - pork with celery

  • 750 g pork
  • Cooking wine
  • Light soy sauce
  • Flour
  • Dark soy sauce
  • Celery 2 pack
  • Ginger

Slice the pork in small pieces, marinate with cooking wine, soy sauce and flour (to crumble), fry it and add some dark soy sauce.
Add the sliced celery and ginger.
