boneless chicken breast with bell peppers, carrots and douban djan sauce
for about 20 people.

  • Boneless chicken breast about 1 kg
  • Bell peppers, green 3, cut in bigger chunks
  • Carrots 1 pound, cut in 1 cm pieces
  • Toban Djan sauce
  • Salt

Fry the chunks chicken, put toban djan as spicy as you want it.
Add the carrots and at last the bell peppers. Add salt.
