1. If you want to know what someone really believes, don't listen to what they say, but look at what they actually do. Spend some time discussing this thought.  如果你想了解某个人的真实信仰，不要听他说的话，而要看他的实际行为。请就此观点展开讨论。
   
   
2. God asks us to believe what the Bible says is true, even when it might not feel true. Share about a time when you chose to override your feelings and acted by faith instead.  神要我们相信圣经所说的都是真的，即使有些让你觉得不真实。请分享你曾不靠自己的感觉而凭信心行事的例子。

1. In your group, read the Twenty Cans of Success. Pause after each one to allow people to share why that truth is particularly meaningful to them. 在小组中轮流朗读《成功的二十个罐子》。每人读后暂停一下，让大家分享该真理对个人的特别意义。
   
   
2. Which truth is most significant to you? Write it down and personalize it. For example: "What should I, [my name], say I can't when the Bible says I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me? (Philippians 4:13)". Take time to digest and enjoy this truth, asking God to help you receive it in your spirit.  哪条真理对你而言最重要？请写下该真理并添上你个人的名字，例如：“ 当圣经说我可以靠着那加给我力量的（主基督）凡事都能做，[我的名字]又怎能说我做不到呢？”（腓立比书4：13）。默想这句经文，求神帮助你从心领受。
