1. What are some of the main things that you notice have changed in you since you became a Christian? And what do you wish would have changed but hasn't? 自从成为基督徒，你注意到自己发生了哪些主要变化？有什么改变是你希望会发生却并没有发生的？
   
   
2. In what particular type of situation do you recognize that you become more vulnerable to the attempts of the flesh do draw you towards sin? What practical steps can you put in place to help you at those times? 哪种特别的情况下，你感到自己变得更容易受到肉体的诱惑而陷入罪的陷阱？每当这样的时候，你可以采取哪些实际行动来抵抗诱惑呢？
   
   
3. God's Word tells us that we are alive to Christ and dead to sin (Romans 8:1-2). Why does this not feel true some days? How can we rise above "the law of sin"? 1. Paul said to his younger disciple Timothy:
   For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands. For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline (2 Timothy 1:6-7)
   Who was responsible for "fanning into flame" the gift of the Holy Spirit in Timothy's life, God, Paul, or Timothy?
   Whose responsibility is it to do that in your life? What are some of the ways you could do that? You may include 2 Peter 1:3 in your thoughts.  保罗对年幼的门徒提摩太说：为了这个缘故，我提醒你，要把 神借着我按手给你的恩赐，像火一样再挑旺起来。因为神所赐给我们的，不是胆怯的灵，而是有能力，仁爱，自律的灵（提摩太后书1：6-7）。在提摩太的一生中，谁负责把圣灵给他的恩赐“像火一样再挑旺起来“，是神，保罗还是提摩太自己？对于你自己的人生来说，这是谁的责任？你可以通过哪些方式做这件事呢？你也可以结合彼得后书1：3思考。
