Freely forgive
Background of this song,
My greatest healing has come when I have made the choice to forgive. It starts with admitting to myself who I need to forgive. Then, in my mind, I write out a cheque to that person to pay for the damages that they caused. The real freedom comes when I realize that my bank account is being perpetually replenished with the forgiveness that God has shown me and continues to show to me. Because He forgave me first, I have the capacity and "funds" to forgive others. - Esther Tester
