- 9:08 Departure train from Rhenen station, NS Sprinter direction Breukelen
- 9:46 Arrival Utrecht Central, platform 14
- 10:18 Departure train Utrecht Central, direction Rotterdam, platform 8
- 10:35 Arrival in Gouda, toilet stop, walk 12 minutes to Berg's Bakery, Lange Groenendaal 32
- 11:00 Stroopwafel workshop + drink; € 9.50 per person, tickets are ordered
- 13:00 Open Market (shopping and eating raw herring on your own expense) and tourist office (souvenirs)
- 14:00 Waag Cheese Museum, cheese making film and guided tour, € 7.50 per person, tickets are ordered, museum card not valid
- 15:00 Townhall exterior watching
- 16:00 Saint John's Church (16th century), English audio tour available with admission, walk along magnificent glass windows, admission € 10, students € 6, with Museum card free. Tickets are not ordered in advance. Buy your own tickets at the casher. Ed will tour you along the windows.
- 17:45 Dinner at restaurant Koeien en Kaas, address Achter de Waag 20, seats are reserved.
- 19:30 Walk to station for train back home
